- Child Information: name, age, date of birth, medical details (e.g. allergies), emergency
contacts.
- Parent/Guardian Information: name, phone number, email address, billing details.
- Session Information: attendance records, progress notes, photos/videos (only with
consent).
2. How We Use Your Information
- To register and manage your child’s place in our sessions.
- To communicate with parents/guardians about sessions, payments, and updates.
- To ensure children’s safety and wellbeing during sessions.
- For promotional purposes (photos/videos) only with explicit consent.
3. Data Protection
- Personal data is stored securely and only accessible to authorised staff.
- We will never sell or share your information with third parties, unless required by law.

You may request to access, update, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting

1. Booking & Payment
- Sessions must be booked in advance and paid for before attendance.
- Block bookings are the best way to secure your child’s place.
- Bookings are non-refundable once made.
2. Cancellations & Closures
- If a parent/guardian cancels, we cannot offer refunds or reschedule missed sessions.
- Ballers MK sessions do not run on Bank Holidays, including Easter and Christmas
periods.
- Sessions may be stopped or cancelled in cases of unsafe weather. While we cannot offer
refunds or credits, we always put children’s safety first.
3. Health & Safety
- Please provide up-to-date medical and emergency details for your child.
- Children should wear suitable football clothing and footwear.
- Our coaches are DBS-checked, qualified, and first-aid trained.
- We cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged personal belongings.4. Code of Conduct
- Children are expected to respect coaches, teammates, and equipment.
- Unsafe or disruptive behaviour may result in exclusion from sessions without refund.
- Parents/guardians are asked to help us maintain a positive, supportive environment.
5. Photography & Media
- We may take photos/videos during sessions for promotional use, but only with signed
parental consent.
- Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
6. Liability
- Ballers MK is fully insured and prioritises children’s wellbeing.
- By booking, you confirm your child is fit and able to take part in football activities.
